Wonderful place! Beautifully decorated, fabulous bedding, safe neighborhood. Having reserved parking is a bonus! Host was quick to assist at all times. Loved this property. We will come here again. It had everything we needed.

It was all great!

The location was decent - easy access to the Western Avenue bus line that connected to the Blue line and also to other bus routes. There was one grocery store nearby (Cermak Produce) but we had to take an Uber/Lyft to get to the nearest Trader Joe's on Lincoln Avenue, and we never saw a Whole Foods. The bonus room with desk was great for us on the several occasions when one of us had to be on Zoom during our stay.

The heater was VERY LOUD which made it hard for our daughter to sleep on the sofa bed in the common area. This was unfortunate because it was so cold we had to run the heat whenever we were in the apartment. The apartment was generally clean but we found party confetti from prior guests that had not been swept up. Also, the kitchen was not well equipped for cooking and dining in.

Bath drain problems, some cleaning issues, dangerous steps due to lack of snow removal for 4 days.

Clean, well decorated and equipped with nice touches. Location is good if you need to be in this neighborhood.

Few more towels. There were literally 3 towels , however the washing machine and dryer are available.
