Many steps to avail for reaching the property.

The view The view !! Guiseppe was an Excelllant host and very helpful to get all things sorted for us.. from cheaper transport, good restaurants, fabulous private boat hire even groceries prior to arrival. Any issues we had he addressed immediately.

It’s a bit tired / showing its age. Needing attention - pillows, mosquito zappers, Cooking implements, frying pans and knives.

Fantastic property! Amazing Staff, Pepe could not be more helpful, anticipating every need.

Unfortunately, there were no paper towels, napkins or coffee filters. This is the first time for me to be at a rental property and not have basic amenities. Also, there were no beach towel’s available. Still with these challenges we had an amazing time in Praiano.

Location of property is great - fantastic views from balcony. Part of the view is ruined by the excessive railing over the standard railing which is weird. I suggest removing it. Parking was OK - we always found parking around 50 meters away although it was May, not sure in peak season. Kitchen and living space was good. Host was always responsive.

Bathrooms are outdated and definitely need a face lift. One shower is very poor and we didn't even use it because you would get water everywhere so we had to use one shower between 7. Oven was not great, took forever to cook some potatoes. There was the bare minimum. You need to think about most things like coffee, tea, etc. No bath matts were provided either so we had to use one of the towels. In general you felt that this beautiful property just had the bare minimum in terms of facilities. If some small investment went into the property it would be great.

We enjoyed the location and sea views from the terrace.

The washing machine is quite old school.
