Villa Delle Ginestre - sea view

we loved the sea views and the number of beds available.

the kitchen could use a few things to make it comfortable and welcoming. coffee, options for tea. we were unable to figure out the washing machine and the oven to cook a meal. the location was misleading as it states it is a 4 min walk to the beach and in town, which it is not. the main shower needs repair as the floor is cracked and there is quite a bit of mild.

the view. the terrace and the BBQ area. the lounge area was very pleasant. the kitchen was ok.

The bathrooms and outside area need some TLC. The gardens next door are overgrown. The actual location is further away from the centre of Praiano than the address shows on your site and also when you enter it on Google maps. This is very misleading given the awkward nature of getting around in the area. We had a member of our group who can walk but needs a stick to do so over any distance and this was a nasty surprise when we thought we would be nearer everything than we actually were. Also, more should be highlighted about the very difficult steps up and down to the property. No allocated parking for our hire care and parking is therefore a lottery if you want to get out and about in your vehicle. the best way to travel is via the bus service or a taxi and then use the boat transfers.

The view was absolutely amazing!! we sat out there every night and watch sunset. never wanted to leave it!
