Wc steeds defect. Kakkerlakken in keuken en slaapkamer. Airco defect lekt water op bed. Eigenaar wilde geen geld uitgeven om defect verhelpen.

No proper kitchen utensils and stuff

Did not inform us about the stuff in the room that is not working anymore.

It’s conveniently located near everything you need, including laundry, restaurants, and malls.

The blanket is not good; it produces a lot of lint.

Close to the mall, beautiful amenities, easy commute, staff esp tingting was very responsive and attends to our needs timely

THE STAFFS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND EVERYTHING IS ACCESSIBLE

OUR ROOM WAS OKAY BUT I WOULD SAY IT NEEDS MAINTENANCE AND DEEP CLEANING, THE BED WAS NOT COMFORTABLE AND THE BASE IS MADE UP OF BROKEN WOODS SO I NEED TO RE ARRANGE THOSE WOODS BEFORE SLEEPING AND DURING OUR STAY THE MAINTENACE DID NOT FIX THE LIGHT ON THE LIVING AREA SO IT'S DIM...THE MOP ON THE TOILET NEEDS TO BE WASH AND SOME MOLDS ARE PRESENT ON THE SHOWER AREA... ALSO SHOWER FIXURES NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.

I like the Grass Residences stayed there a few times but its started to show signs of cosmetic maintenance needed I guess nothing looks new forever. Its generally clean has a nice comfortable feel to it and always felt safe there has easy access to the SM north mall rail links and the staff are always eager to help so give em a tip when they do. Our room does need a refurb, tho clean the 1st thing I had to do was secure the big wardrobe doors so they didn't fall off and break a toe, it needs decorating the plaster on the walls needs sorting out and the aircon drips water onto the bed .I hate moaning so I'll stop there but overall a pleasant 2 weeks stay and would go back.

Apart from a few problems in the room itself everything was enjoyable glad to recommend.

Nothing everything is worst

The caretaker tingting is so rude. She even invaded my privacy during my stay. She give so much stress to the guest.
