Host very responsive and the room was clean. Real milk in the fridge and they left good snacks. For the money, overall perfectly fine.

Rest of the property is in a bit of a sorry state and 2 rooms in the house are filled with junk. Few bulbs missing and the shower height adjuster was broken. I'm 6'4 so having it at the height for someone 5 foot was a challenge.

The greatest hospitality received so far, we were provided with snacks, plates, toothpaste, towels. Everything we would need and most likely not have on us/forget. The host was always available to contact and was very kimd. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back soon! :)

It had many useful things like microwave, kettle, small fridge.. and the host even left coffee, sugar and tea, and some delicious snacks 😋. The instructions were very clear

The room was very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a good breakfast and snacks, for a quality rest and sleep. It is very close to the downtown and the shopping street. The owner is very nice, friendly and helpful with any information you need!

Just info for other travellers Depending on time you turn up it’s a nightmare parking outside to just drop off bags - this was about 3pm. But next morning 11am it was quiet. It’s permit only parking and 2 wardens came past and as one of us was always with car we moved it immediately. CitiPark nearby but it’s £10 for up to 7 hours or £15 for up to 24hours

Room was pretty much as pictured and with the exception of the blinds no complaints. Good location for the centre of Watford Hight Street etc. and the overground railway station

Outside of property wasnt appealing, very uncared for lots of rubbish, old tyres, tall weeds in front garden. If we hadnt paid in advance it would of been enough to put us off and we would of stayed elsewhere. Entrance hall, stairs etc. to room scruffy and not very clean. Velux roof windows in room with very poor blinds, which were broken and fastened in place with a peg meaning we were awake at 6am....we dont notice this until we got back to our room at 1am in the morning and attempted to close the windows/blinds
