Shower head slide lock broken. I’m tall, (6-foot) so I had to crouch to have a shower. Mirror in main room mounted too low to comb my hair. If you have a clock, it should work. Had to squeeze past a wardrobe on the landlord by to get in the room door. All small things but nuisances.

Handy for the football ground, it's cheap, that's where it ends.

Noisy traffic and doors opening and closing until the small hours, cleanliness dubious hairs in the bed bathroom grubby, no blinds or curtains at the windows, bathroom very cramped, grubby marks all over the walls, very steep stairs to room, difficult to get in the room due to wardrobe on landing part obscuring the door.

Great room fridge microwave etc comfy bed good shower would stay again

Couldn’t get terrestrial tv on just Netflix but everything else was good

This is truly a great option and living space no matter what you’re doing in Watford. The host is amazing will go out off his way to make sure your stay it 100%. I recommend it and I will till I’m 6 foot under
