Hornet's Hideout - Large Double

My Room was OK but the general property was not clean and o4ganized enough. The outside was just not in order like not clean

Environment front of house was not clean enough. But my room was fine.

The room was very good like on the picture cause.

Although our room was very good outside of the building and rooms going to our room need tidying up

The room nothing, signage on doors I.e private need updating

The room was very cozy, also it smelled amazing every time we entered :) Everything was just like on the pictures. I was travelling with my nephew and we both loved the room. We had everything we needed. The host even left some snack and milk for us. We will definitely come back. Amazing!

It was clean

Its at the top of 3 flights of narrow & steep stairs. It was impossible for us to carry our lagguage to the room & there is no form of assistance available. The ventilation is poor & the room & bathroom is all squashed.

Very friendly landlord, good service, modern, cleanand quiet room. My 6 year old son and I were in London to watch a soccer match in Wembley. This room was perfect for our stay. It is near the overground stationa and perfect to reach.

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.

On arrival..found one of the towels was still wet. There was a strand of blonde coloured hair on one of the pillows. There were half used bottle of milk in the fridge and used tooth paste which both should have been discarded. No handwash left in the bottle for us. No hair-dryer or slippers (not meant to wear our shoes in) or wardrobe or closet but all these amenities were meant to be provided. There was just a low rack for the towels. We only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights we booked and paid for.

Pillows were too soft and thin too. Half used bottle of milk and toothpaste left by past guest. The narrow and steep steps to access the room which not everyone can manage and should be included in the information about the room before we booked.

Location was good. Apartment was very comfortable.

Having to move the car by 8am.

Never got in was just a hmo had to stop nother hotel it's a scam how do I send this now look I've just wrote something to a pass that one the blue one
