The spa garden was lovely !

great hotel with huge spa facilities, garden spa worth once (we went twice) which has a nice hot bubbling pool with garden view. Dinner at the Clubhouse has very good, breakfast has great variety and really nice. All staff were very friendly and helpful, no "London hotel staff shenanigans". Surrounded by nature and gold course, very green & lush and quiet. We booked last room which was the accessible room which was huge and came discounted as last available.

nothing really, if i can just think of one thing is not having a chocolate dessert at the Clubhouse :)

Beautiful grounds,fabulous spa and restaurant.great staff.We loved our stay at Rockcliffe,the facilities are 1st class.wish we could of stayed longer,we definitely will be back.

Exceptional service. The staff in the clubhouse are so attentive and professional. Beautiful rooms and grounds. Spa area is fabulous . The whole place is so relaxing. The bar staff in the hotel bar and the Terra cafe are brilliant too.

Drinks are very pricey to be expected I guess!

The limited options for eating at the hotel due to the renovations. Last time we ate at Terra but now this isn’t available on an evening. We understand this is temporary and unavoidable.

Beautiful spa and facilities, very friendly and helpful staff and our room was comfortable and spacious. An excellent stay and would highly recommend. Great breakfast as well!

Clubhouse restaurant was a little overpriced and I would be reluctant to eat their again. Food and service were good, but you can have a far better meal down the road at the wonderful Bay Horse for 2/3 of the price.
