The hospitality and professionalism of all the staff is outstanding. A very relaxing stay with lovely food and a comfortable room with every facility required.

Minibar prices are idiotic. Not enough time in the spa. If you are staying overnight then the spa should be available from 10am. Our treatments were 2:15 and following these gained access to the Spa which was 3:30. We had a table booked in the restaurant at 7: 30. At 5:30 I had to leave the spa to prepare myself for the meal. Consequently I had 2hrs in the spa and I could not achieve the level of R&R I required.

We stayed for one night as in the area for a wedding. The venue is being renovated but this did not compromise our stay. The room was well equipped and beautifully decorated, but what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. From the front of house , restaurant and morning room managers , they were honestly some of the best we have come across and we travel a lot! We wished we could have stayed for longer and will be back, thank you for a lovely stay 🙂

Room good facilities are really good

We had a meal on the night I ordered chicken with garlic I did not expect a scabby chicken leg and mash that was absolutely awful reminded me of smash For 5 * restaurant what I received was absolutely disgusting I left the lot

Stunning place! Room was immaculate and had every little detail to a T! Best spa we’ve ever been to! Couldn’t recommend the additional spa garden high enough! Staff are excellent, friendly and go above and beyond! Food is excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed every second at rockliffe and will be returning in the not so near future!

Couldn’t fault a single thing genuinely!
