"Disappointing"

I travel a lot on business and I choose Holiday Inn Express because they are usually a good place to stay. However, this one is not one of those. The facility is not maintained very well. I had brown water most of my stay. Toilette, sink, and shower. I was told that was normal and should clear up as the day progressed. The breakfast was not fresh looking and not well stocked. My bathroom floor was sticky and the remote for my TV had so much crud on it I wouldn't even touch it.
