La atención del personal, ama de llaves, y la buena disposición en la atención en general de los trabajadores de servicios.

Segmentación de huéspedes, mal servicio de atención en áreas de piscina ( nadie te atendía) solo los que pagan adicional, Ningun día disponible para reservar restaurantes (especializados) una odisea, servicios complementarios pagados e indicado como que no estuvieran pagados, bebidas de pago, una pena pasar por estás cosas...(si no fuera porque reclamé, nadie hubiera hecho nada). Buffet llenos, desayuno imposible... y pidiéndote que desocupes las mesas rápido. Playa sucia, sin preocupación por mejorar la estadía del huésped. Alimentación básica, repetitiva y salada (guacamoles, sopas,etc... Salada salada saladaaa)... En general de 1 a 10... Un 3 y estoy siendo generoso.

The hotel room, Pool and friendly staff.

Very bad room service. Takes 45-60 minutes to bring a pot of hot water or tea/coffee or anything. When ordered food previous evening for 6AM breakfast, they bring the food at 635am just 25 minutes before our tour bus arrived that too after we had to call them. The food served almost same dishes all three nights and day we stayed. The beach was empty because it was smelly due to pile of seaweeds rotting along the beach and water was black in color.

El alojamiento limpio y la comida muy buena el personal casi todos muy amables

Siento que lo del conserje está sobre valorado tanto nosotros como unos amigos tuvimos que llamar para que nos atendiera porque nos dijeron que se Ivana a contactar y si no llamamos no lo hacen también pienso que un hotel de lujo debe tener youtube por lo menos en la havitacion solo hay canales nacionales un para y no son buenos

Everything was pretty sub-par.

The food was horrible and the staff were not friendly or helpful at all

The resort is fantastic. Our kids had a great time, and my wife and I had time to relax and recharge, and yet share wonderful moments with our two children.

Selecting the restaurants ahead of time was hard , and it would be great to have a way to select activities ahead of time and being reminded. There is so much going on, and sometimes not close, that you really have to check the watch which is not easy when you are in the pool the all time :)

Beautiful property.

The beach was not clean and the water was muddy.

Staff went above and beyond to make the stay great!

There was a smell of damp in the wardrobes.
