I did not like the property. Very Bad Food and over all service. Staff do not talk English and very difficult to communicate.

The hotel staff is lovely, the hotel is well maintained, the rooms are spacious. The downside is that there is no public transportation or shuttles from the hotel to the center, a taxi costs $15-20 one way. The hotel is a 45-minute walk to Fifth Avenue where all the pubs, restaurants, and shops are. The food in the evening, in the hotel restaurants, was not at the level we expected. You need to make a reservation in advance. We ate at the buffet which was open most of the day.

We love our room!! The grounds were very clean. Staff was exceptional.

Property could use more entertainment, more restaurants that don't require reservations. Food options 24/7. More sweets shops

I liked that there was one side for adults only. Also ELVIS !! He is the man. It was sad that we met him on our last day because he spoilt us for sure ! He took care of us even when we didn’t ask for anything he would pop on over and recommend a drink. He was also a lot of fun and made our last day amazing!

Having to book min 3 days in advance for an early dinner booking. When we arrived on our first day our first few dinners were late in the evening around 8pm or later. One night we were even told 10pm

Our pool service area server was Laura and she was amazing. We cannot say enough about her. She was extremely busy but always met us with a smile and day two didn't need to ask what we were wanting as she already new, It was mine and my daughters birthday while we were there and they couldn't do enough to make our day special, We are so grateful for the amazing service. Luis the pool concierge was truly amazing as well. Made our stay very memorable.

The air conditioning was a llittle loud and woke us up a few times and we did mention that the fridge in our room was not working however not got fixed. The room was well appointed however.

I liked the hammock section on the adults only part along with the beach, which was very clean and tidy.

I thought the property was old and run down. During our stay, repairs were being made but these seemed to be only surface level. The hotel needs a complete remodel as it feels and appears old and outdated.
