"Adult only was almost silent after 6 which was shame"

Rooms and staff were good

They customized the facility again on top of the all inclusive, and asked for extra charge of 1000$ for more services, Foods was in low quality, we couldn’t find much good quality food to eat There wasn’t any performance, DJ or dancer as an entertainment in resort

"It fell far short of our other Paradisus experiences"

It has a lot for children with the splash park & kids pool

Massive size made getting around difficult, toilet clogged constantly, no coffee in room, restaurant reservation process outdated & filled with errors, buffet food subpar.

"My first and best experience in an all inclusive"

First time in an All Inclusive. In my next All Inclusive, it will be very difficult to improve the experience! I loved Paradisus! Everything was perfect!!
