Low water pressure Water heater not functioning Main & bathroom doors too hard to open & has 2 locks which was confusing need to pull each lock with both hands to pull it open (not child or senior friendly!! Room rate Pricey for a bed & breakfast standard No thick blankets or comforters Floor carpet messy & unsafe Booked room for the price of 3 guests with breakfast but actual need to pay for the 3rd for the room & breakfast

These rooms are more like apartments, in terms of features and size. They have a kitchen area, a dining room and then bedroom and bathroom, as well as outdoor seating areas in the public areas between the rooms. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and it was a reasonable size. It's easy to get to, and easy to park. The building in many ways is quite modest, and not particularly modern, or fresh/new, and it was only stairs to the top floor which is a little bit more tiring than getting to rooms at other places, HOWEVER, it's very cheap, so given the room sizes and the breakfast included, it does all line up, and I wouldn't be expecting more without paying more for sure.

There were cockroaches, but the bigger type rather than the ones that hunt in packs of hundreds! Just a few, but none would be better! The building generally is in parts a little bit basic, however this wasn't an expensive place, so value for money was really good.

Breakfast was served on time, great presentation and yummy.
