ONYX B&B Bed and Breakfast

The staff were nice and very accommodating. Breakfast was fine.

The water pressure was low, thus the water coming from the shower was a trickle. There was a filled water dispenser and a water jug, but there were no cups or glasses provided in the room, i had to request for them. The house rule says to leave the dishes clean but there was no kitchen sponge provided. No hand towel in the kitchen, no hand towel in the toilet. No toilet roll available in each of the 4 rooms we occupied when we arrived.

It was very familiar and very friendly staff. They reacted quick on all we ask for. The service was excellent.

There was 2 thing I would want them to change. We stayed in the family room and there was no WiFi there. It was one dot WiFi at some areas but I think the other rooms was one floor down so probably they don’t have same problem. The fix of that is very easy and I have done the same in my home to reach all rooms. Just buy a WiFi extender that you put in some electrical socket halfway and it will reach all the way. It costs maybe 1500 peso as a one time cost and it will solve all that WiFi problem. The other problem was that the TV was in the kitchen and not in the bedroom. To sit and watch tv on a kitchen chair is not very comfortable. I suggest put the tv under the ac unit in front of window. No one will use that window anyway.

This place is dreadful, the room was dirty and the bathroom was filthy.

central location, price was fair for type of economy stay.

Staff was friendly and accommodating but needed basic and general hotel training. Gave us the wrong room, and then correct room was not ready. Our breakfast order was delivered 2 hours earlier than requested. Complimentary slippers were offered but never delivered. We just experience too many minor inconveniences.

Woke up at 3:30 to make breakfast for us before we caught the ferry.

No electricity because owners not pay bill. Constantly out of water, horrible in the middle of the shower. No management, run by very young kids

Comfortable mattress, split aircon, hot shower, additional illumination at mirror, very nice common area in front of my room. Breakfast included. Friendly staff.

I missed fruits for breakfast.
