I like it because I wasnt expected the room was huge and enough for family too..

They dnt have a free water in the room that usually hotel has free water bottle

The staff were all approachable. The place is quiet and you can really enjoy your time there. Malls are also near the place.

The proximity to the center mall is good.

The breakfast is not up to standard. If you have an intolerance with eggs, There is no decent options.

This is a very nice small hotel/BnB. It's housed in an older building with some very interesting architectural features, and reminds me of a small European guesthouse. The young staff was always friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was simple but a nice start to the day.

The family suite is spacious and good for us since we are travelling in a group. Location is also convenient, just near the port of San Carlos where we are headed to the next day. Staffs were very attentive and friendly.

Shower has no water and they were unable to fix it which was very inconvenient for us. The faucet on the sink and kitchen are working but water coming out slowly. No water heater in the room and we have to ask for it. The room has fridge but dirty. Blanket was very thin (we brought extra blankets so we did not ask for additional blanket) A tile from the bathroom sink fell and broke, it was not sticked properly on the side. Rooms must be checked before guests check-in to avoid guests discovering these malfunctions in the room by themselves instead of by the staffs. I could've given you a higher rating because the staffs were friendly, room is spacious and location is good. But staying there without water in the shower has totally caused us inconvenience.
