Breakfast can be hit or miss, depending on who cooks it. Jamal always delivers good food and with a smile.

Staff is always friendl,

No electricity for 9 hours because owners didn't pay the bill. No hot water, aircon, TV, wifi, yet still got charged for a full nigjt. They have a generator, but no money for gas. When you order breakfast for 7:30, you expect it at 7:30, not 8:10 or 8:20, we have appointments, things to do as well. Old staff was much more accommodating, always have a large turn over of kids running tje establishment

There was no water for my entire 2 night stay. So no showers, toilet use, sink water. I couldn’t brush my teeth. Finally on the last day the staff brought me a bucket of water. I asked to get a small drink and they wanted to charge me. If should have been offered to me for free after what I went through. I will not return to Onyx

Sometimes too much fabric softener on the sheets, need to be rinsed more. Scent can be a little overwhelming while sleeping

Staff is awesome and amazing, management could take a few lessons on hospitality.

Sometimes, no registered guest have parties with loud music, which is disruptive to registered guest
