The fact that they cancelled our booking 3 hours before arrival. With no alternative and we were already halfway to the destination.

Great location and friendly host.

Great location in central Brentwood. Lots of space in the flat. Great value for money and Martin is very responsive and helpful host.

Beds were uncomfortable, could do with a new mattress.

It was clean and well stocked with essentials. The owner was very helpful and quick to reply to messages. Flat had everything we needed. It was also within an easy walk to the train station.

It was a bit tricky to find as the door wasn't immediately obvious from the street. So a photo of where the door is would have helped. I found the mattress on my bed a little uncomfortable but my friend said her bed was fine and comfy so perhaps that was more of a me problem.

Fine for a place to stay, ground floor location and parking.

Could do with abit of love and touch up in areas.

Clean, tidy, tasteful decor, nice area for sitting out the back. Central location in Brentwood for pubs and restaurants. Next to a nice pub with beer garden.

Beds could be more comfortable especially the folding bed

When we arrived there wasn't much parking space, Towels that were hun up in the main bedroom were damp. In the fridge, there was left over Chinese. In the bathroom, there was no loo roll, so my partner had to go, and by some, on top of this, the toilet was blocked with other people's waste which I had to remove and unblock myself. In the garden were empty cans of beer. Mattress in main bedroom was shocking bad and ot comfortable to sleep on.
