Spacious 4 Bed Victorian House with Sea Views TJS4TT

Beautifully decorated throughout. Luxury bedding. Lounge stunning with large bay window and a view of the sea. Lovely touch and a surprise was the decorated Christmas tree.

Parking space only on the road.

The house was well decorated and very clean, the views amazing

The house rules said no dogs allowed upstairs or on the first floor, this is very 'unfriendly you cannot expect family dogs to sit downstairs on their own. Also the description says there is a lounge on the ground floor, this is wrong it is a bedroom. There were no towels, had to ring for them and there was supposed to be prosecco which we didn't get. The garden was not accessible for us older people.

Garden not safe, no safety barrier from patio on raised floor which led to rooftop of kitchen on ground floor. Dangerous for children and dogs… I had to make safety barrier by getting wood to cover gap. Bathroom sink.. blocked.. thought initially just slow drainage but realised it was blocked… so didn’t use it.. used bath taps for teeth brushing and washing. Food debris under cushions on sofa.. not cleaned.. Roof light window in utility/ area where fridge located leaked when raining.. leaked into fluorescent light so didn’t turn light on due to risk… Banisters in stairs throughout 3 floors sticky.. not cleaned at all well… Terrace garden needed tending to as overgrown so unable to see steps clearly therefore dangerous. Part of the wall in garden connecting to neighbouring garden not secure, again dangerous for those with dogs and/ or small children. Water butt it full of water, approx 4 ft deep and uncovered. Again dangerous for those with dogs and/ or small children. Nowhere to put rubbish as wheelie bin already full when we arrived and impossible to take bin to street as on raised stepped front patio and to heavy to move unless the bin emptied and then refilled.. not going to do that as health hazard and unpleasant. Mould in bathroom especially around taps ( quite unpleasant) Tv in ground floor bedroom Not working, tv Ariel faulty.

Very clean and comfortable with good kitchen facilities

It is a shame there is only one bathroom when the property sleeps 8 people. The local cat made him/herself welcome and came in through the patio doors and was found sitting in the sideboard in the kitchen. Not too much of an issue for us but not good if you don’t like cats
