The house is huge, perfect for a big family or friends trip. The location is perfect, and the view from the bedroom on the last floor is insane 😍

There is only one bathroom for that many rooms. It is good to bring with you some basic stuff like toilet tissue, kitchen towel, kitchen sponge etc because it was missing in the house. But overall it was a perfect stay!

We requested a cot, and upon arrival, it wasn't there but a call to the agent, and it was sorted very quickly. He was willing to come over to put it together for us after working hours, which was nice 15mins walk to the harbour. We found parking. It was nice and quiet for us. If we come back here I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. View was amazing from most of the rooms

Some of the mugs could do with proper cleaning :) but other than that I couldn't find any fault

we loved this property. spread over 3 floors with amazing sea views. owners very accommodating . house was exceptionally clean . 4 double bedrooms large dinning room fully equipped kitchen

what’s not to like!

A lovely house. The house was well equipped from top to bottom and decorated to a good standard. It gave a ‘seaside’ vibe feel which was nice for our family holiday. The Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. Lovely views from the lounge and top floor bedroom. Short drive to Tesco for essentials and some nice restaurants. The Thatched Inn and Sawmills Restaurant are both great for food, drinks, inside and outside drinking/eating.

- The garden to the rear was very overgrown and couldn’t be used. The front terrace also needs a tidy up. - No aerial to watch live TV in lounge and downstairs bedroom. - Parking was sometimes a struggle, but we already knew about this. - See-through door on downstairs bedroom meant there was no privacy for sleeping/getting changed. - 15 minute walk to the sea front, it is a very tough walk to and from, very hilly and lots of steps.

central for exploring North Devon Coast. Kitchen well stocked and lovely view from top floor room. Met every need. Comfortable beds.

The terrace was overgrown and not pleasant to sit out. The living area kitchen etc rather light - deprived you had to go out in the day. Three flights of stairs to the toilet.

Great floor plan, comfortable bedrooms, gorgeous lounge room, amazing view from top bedroom.

Guests are required to have their own Netflix account, to access the site. Ridiculous.
