Charming 3-bedroom house in Wilmington with WiFi, AC

I loved the location! It was perfect to the beach and to lots of stores. The neighborhood was calm and quiet.

My stay was deeply disappointing due to significant problems with cleanliness, safety, and privacy. The house was not clean upon arrival. We found dirty towels, unmade beds, and an unclean bathroom. The manager himself seemed unsure if it had been cleaned and only switched the bedspreads. A cleaner was sent but only addressed the bathrooms and failed to provide toilet paper until the next morning. Also, musty, humid smell was present throughout the house. The bathrooms were dangerously slippery with no usable mats (one was dirty initially and was washed but it was left to dry on top of the washer all weekend), causing my mother to almost fall. The hot water also took an excessively long time to reach the showers. Furthermore, our privacy was breached on the first morning when the owner and a handyman were present outside without any prior notice. We had to ask the owner to move his car since the driveway did not have room when trying to leave. I cannot recommend this property due to these unresolved problems.

Clean, great location and communication with owner/property management was fast and accommodating.

The only thing I would say would be it would be nice if the fence was totally closed in on both sides of house since it was pet friendly.

This property was extremely nice. The layout of the property makes it convenient for all families, even if someone needs handicap accessible. The property is close to all the local attractions and the nearby beaches. The neighborhood is a very nice neighborhood. The property was extremely clean. The host was very welcoming and even left a nice bottle of wine. this was definitely a cozy getaway and we will be returning in the future for another visit.

We loved staying here! The beds were comfortable, the pillows were amazing, the house was in great shape, and the covered front porch was so nice to sit on during the rainstorms or while waiting to take a turn in the shower after a beach trip. Brian was super responsive and made sure we had what we needed.

The bath towels really didn't absorb well at all, and a broom and dustpan would have been nice to have.

Very comfortable home, with lots of amenities to stay in with. Centrally located for beaches and downtown, in a quiet neighborhood, and with convenient shopping near by.

Only issue, not much if a complaint, was the driveway was a bit of work to understand, so just took extra effort and time to situate vehicle every time we came and went.

We loved the location, how clean everything was and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the neighborhood and the neighbors, we felt very safe. We really appreciated the complimentary gifts we got!

We wished the kitchen was better stocked, there were things like tongs, whisks, scissors mixing bowls, and a casserole dish that was missing. The detachable shower head in the main bathroom is broke which affected the water pressure. Also the towels weren’t in the best shape, some were pretty stained. We also wished there fans or something to help circulate the air, it got pretty stuffy.

The house was so comfortable. We liked the front porch swing and rocking chair. My mom kept saying she felt so at home. We loved the quiet neighborhood. This location is excellent! It is so close to anything you want to do.

You should bring your own towels. And, if you want to sit in the backyard you could probably use the chairs from the kitchen table, but you might want to bring some camping chairs or something.
