Luxury Lake - Center House

Location was in town close to everything. Great restaurants, the Lake. Eleni is a beautiful host who gave lots of gifts and home made cookies. She went out of her way to purchase a special tea for us. Arranged taxi etc. The apartment is very well fitted out with all amenities and extras. Eleni also greeted us on our arrival and carried our heavy suitcases up the stairs. We loved our stay and would do it again

The hills and stairs in Agios Nikolaos are challenging.

Wunderschöne, sehr gut eingerichtete helle Wohnung mitten im Zentrum und nah zum Strand. Terasse ist traumhaft und perfekt um den Sonnenaufgang zu geniessen. Feines Obst und Kekse gabs ebenfalls. Top sauber, super ausgestattete Küche und sehr bequemes Sofa. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Herzlichen ♥️ Dank für alles und eine herrliche Winterzeit 🍀🙏🫶. Liebe Grüße von Sylke 🌞

Quality of finish, particularly kitchen and bathroom, and very well and thoughtfully equipped. Location excellent, instructions perfect and we really appreciated being able to check in early and to greeted with treats in the fridge.

As a couple it would have worked so much better for us had the double bed in the living room been a sofa bed so we could have relaxed mornings and evenings to chat and read.

Absolutely wonderful apartment with a beautiful view! Perfect location everything is close by. The place is spotless and parking is very easy and convenient. There’s excellent communication with the owner, who is kind and always ready to help. The apartment is very well equipped, the kitchen has everything you might need, including an iron, washing machine and hairdryer. I wish all apartments were like this one! P.S. The coffee-making equipment is amazing!

L’appartamento è situato in una posizione ottima per passeggiare la sera nel centro di Agios Nikolaos, è comodo, fornito di tutto, asciugamani in abbondanza, phon, utensili da cucina, stoviglie ecc È funzionale, ha due balconi, arioso, fresco e comunque dotato di aria condizionata, con arredi nuovi, tavola da stiro, lavatrice, frigorifero e congelatore capienti. È particolarmente curata la pulizia. Il bagno è ampio, la doccia davvero comoda. Al piano superiore un ampio e bellissimo terrazzo-solarium. È carina davvero anche la vista. È stato un soggiorno perfetto, la proprietaria è una persona gentilissima, presente ad ogni minima richiesta e al contempo discreta. Se tornerò a Creta, senza alcun dubbio prenoterò ancora qui.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πολύ καλό σημείο. Ήταν ολόκληρο διαμέρισμα με δύο μεγάλα δωμάτια (a/c καινούρια και στα 2), μπαλκόνια, μπάνιο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα, ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος σε ένα σπίτι (σαν να ήταν στο σπίτι του).

Чистая, уютная квартира, хорошее расположение, при въезде нас ждал комплимент в виде тарелки фруктов и бутылки вина, на кухне есть всё необходимое! Парковка рядом ( 5 евро) прекрасное печенье от хозяйки нас ждало на ручке двери после прогулки! Очень было приятно! кондиционеры тихие! На крыше есть прекрасное оборудованное место для вечернего коктейля с видом на озеро и город!
