The apartment has everything that you are likely to need, was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and with the added bonus of a beautiful roof terrace. Eleni was the perfect host & use to leave cookies for us which were delicious. The location near to the Lake is ideal, all the restaurants & bars are within easy walking distance. There are a number of beaches nearby with our prefered being Almiros beach, slightly further away form the centre but on a bus route. There are a number of places of interest nearby including Spinalonga, the Lassithi Plateau & Sisi, the views from the mountains are superb.

It would have been nice to have had a small settee.

The accommodation is absolutely fantastic! It has everything you could possibly need – from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine and Smart TV. Just wow! I can truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Agios Nikolaos. The view from the rooftop terrace is unbeatable, and the host is simply amazing – one of a kind!

For those with a car, parking is at a premium in May.

Very polite and helpful staff. The location is very convinient, very near to the lake. Well equipted appartment, has everything you need for a longer stay, makes it ideal for a family also. Quiet street, although the place is located in the centre. The stay overall was really great!

Good communication with the host, Eleni.The check-in instructions were clear. The location was fantastic, the roof top excellent, beautiful view over the lake and beyond. Supermarket nearby and the bus station a short walk away. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We were there for 3 weeks, so we cooked a lot at the unit. Being this late in the year, lots of places close down but enough open to choose from. We went to two beaches nearby, walking distance and nice. Eleni came by with fruit and coockies, which was lovely .

Large, bright, airy apartment, comfortable large beds, great views. Have been coming to Agios Nikolaos since 1979 and this is by far the best place we've ever stayed in.

A toaster would have been nice, otherwise the apartment was stocked with everything you could possibly need.

The owner Eleni was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. The roof terrace was amazing with exceptional views. We will return to this beautiful place. Highly recommend it!
