Central private 1 bed flat

It was a very pleasant stay. The room is well furnished and the bed is very comfy. Everything looked clean which was reassuring. The location is also very convenient, only a couple of minutes away from a tesco and plenty of places to eat. The heating worked very well (though personally would appreciate a bit more instruction on how to adjust the system). Would definitely stay again!

Being a ground floor flat there was some unavoidable street noise at night and early morning which is not ideal for light sleepers. But other than this the flat itself is great.

This is an excellent modern ground floor flat only a short walk from the centre of Reading. It has everything you need - kitchen, washing machine, two TVs (one in the bedroom), no stairs, huge fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a private offstreet carpark, and even a wall mounted electric toothbrush charger (the first I've ever seen). Access was via a door code which means you never have to wonder who has the key. The bed is particularly comfortable - which we appreciated after a 24hr flight from Australia. We'd stay here again for sure.

I couldn't quite work the wifi code out - but that's probably because I'm quite old now.

The property was clean and well decorated. There were lots of small details in the decor and facilities that we appreciated. All the appliances worked well and seemed new. The duvet and blankets provided were very cozy.

Only minor: we could hear some street noise and the window/door in the bedroom let in some breezes. But the location was quiet enough and the heater worked well!

Located within walking distance of town centre. Bus on street outside takes you to town with a couple of stops or directly to Asda in opposite direction. All facilities provided. Double glazing keeps street noise at acceptable level. Parking bay provided.

WIFI needs improving. Lounge area fine, but bedroom signal veryy poor and unable operate Smart tv. TV in lounge worked well though. High class furnishings, ruined a little by too many plastic plants.
