Central private 1 bed flat

Was fantastic! Great location in Reading near the city centre. Only a little walk to the train station from where it’s easy and fast to get to London. Also other nice cities and places are good connected. Property was perfect for us and everything was there what we needed. We already think of going there again!

Very clean, well presented and very spacious flat. the owner was very helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to use the locks. The welcome pack was very handy as well. Very close to the city centre and train station, everything was in walking distance. I liked there was a private off road parking space it made me feel that my car was more safe in an unknown area.

There was a slight mould issue behind the tv as well they had maintenance issues there was a box of screws left behind on the bed but none of these things effect our stay. It was hard to locate what entrance to use for the car park from the welcome pack, lucky there was some helpful neighbours who pointed us in the right direction, I think a bigger picture of the outside of the car park entrance from the road side would of been more helpful.

Additional hidden charges for dogs was excessive in relation to other bookings I have made.

Great central location that's a 5 minute walk from the centre of town. Flat was clean, well appointed and felt secure with the easy to use door code system.

Property was in a great location and very clean! Happy with the stay and service from the owner!
