Only downside was that the permit for parking was not available. The owner was fantastic in resolving the issue and would highly recommend this property.

Nice and clean

Only things I would say could be improved to make absolutely perfect flat would be if it comes with a microwave and a washer dryer.

Fantastic apartment, well decorated and maintained, clean, comfortable and a decent size. Free secure parking, Supermarket on the next corner. Comfy bed, on a fairly busy road but quiet. Easy check in, 10 minutes walking to the centre, All in all, superb. Will stay again next time I'm in Reading.

A minor fact, but a microwave would have been handy.

Property suited my purpose and was in a good location, within walking distance to the town centre and train station. It was quiet and had adequate furnishing and quite spacious. There is also available parking.

A few things, if fixed would get this property a 5 star rating. The entire property especially windows and curtains were covered in dust. Spent the first evening cleaning and washing. There was no microwave and I also had to buy a set of knives. The wifi wasn’t getting to the room and the tv and my other devices couldn’t function properly as the network reception is bad in there.

Great little apartment very central to the town centre, few minutes walk your at the oracle as well. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Nothing much to report, could have had some Sharp knives for food prepping but I managed.

Lovely property, well equipped, brilliant location and very clean.
