La habitacion estaba limpia eso si, vacia pero limpia

La publicidad engañosa de las fotos, las habitaciones son las que se muestran en pantalla pero estan tratadas de forma que parezcan mas grande de lo que en realidad son. Muy pequeñas y solo tienen la cama y el baño, no esperes mas. Precio demasiado elevado para lo ridiculamente vacio que esta la habitacion, las vistas brillan por su ausencia. La ubicacion es ok tomando en cuenta la cercania con Gran Via. Paga por esto solo unica y exclusivamente si es la ultima de la ultima opcion que tienes.

Where to begin , firstly, it is Not a hotel, according to Google Maps its Student accomodation and I believe thats what it is. The elevator ( lift) is tiny just enough space for 2 people or 1 person plus luggage. The elevator doors and manually closed so fully 50 % of the time, the elevator wasnt available because the doors were left open by the last person that used it. I am handicapped ànd my room was on the 4th floor. The day I arrived, I had to drag my luggage up the stairs and even the day I left, I had to find the elevator and ride it nack up to my floor just to get my luggage down. I paid for the largest room available, It bore no resemblance to the photo. Honestly, the room itself couldnt have been smaller and still fit a double bed. They advertise it as the largest room because there is a second room with built in wardrobes, , the room would be great if you have masses of luggage but it is in a seperate room. The bathroom was clean but quite small there was no light over the mirror so any females trying to put makeup on would have a hard time seeing anything. The fan made a buzzing sound because it was gummed up and not rotating. There was nowhere to sit in the room except for the bed and there was the tiniest trash can ( waste paper bin) in the bathroom. Being solo , I managed for the 8 nights I was there but if I had had a partner it would have been difficult. The furnishings were very cheap as you would expect from student accomodation. Wouldnt reccomend even at the advertised heaviily didcounted price per night. Offering a 50 % discount only puts the cost down to where it should have been in the first place. So dont think you are getting a bargain, you most definately arent.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue bastante decepcionante. Consideramos que el precio es excesivamente elevado para la calidad que realmente ofrece. Las instalaciones no se corresponden con las fotografías publicadas. Al llegar nos encontramos con un alojamiento muy deteriorado, oscuro y mucho más pequeño de lo que aparentaba en los anuncios. Además, el aire acondicionado perdía agua constantemente. La primera noche fue especialmente incómoda porque pasamos mucho calor y no obtuvimos respuesta por parte de los responsables hasta el día siguiente. Aunque la limpieza general era correcta, esto no evitó que aparecieran cucarachas saliendo por el lavamanos, algo totalmente inaceptable para un alojamiento de este precio. En definitiva, la relación calidad-precio es muy mala. No recomendaría este alojamiento, ya que la realidad dista bastante de lo que se anuncia y las incidencias tardaron demasiado en resolverse.

location, and value for money, since it has airco, that's the only thing good I will say, but if I start taking the minus point you get into disappointing, but there is a hoard of this places in Madrid for what I saw, terrible place and worse service, my experience: pay a bit more and get a hotel or book something farther away and take the metro, taxis are cheap

The method of booking is not clarified form the beginning, like a riddle, between words: I will do this later, you need to do this or do that, without providing the links or info, lets communicate via booking, booking will do this, and nothing happens (and I speak Spanish as mother language, god save the other people speaking English), the person chatting via whasapp never answers questions, and communicates poetically to say nothing at all, like a political prisoner under custody, and then deny what was written, unbelievable. Additionally, mold formation in the shower, curtain was falling apart, and there is a strip club right next, since i got the window next to it got woke up many times in the night
