Some furnishings were not in good condition - chair, towel heater, desk Bathroom could have been cleaner Room key safe was difficult to open Bed mattress was thin Had to ask for a couple of things

When I arrived it smelt, they said I could check in from 3 and when i entered the room nothing had not been cleaned the bathroom was disgusting there was hair clogged in the shower which then flooded the bathroom when the shower was turned on also the tv didn’t work. When I went out to get dinner I was locked out for almost half an hour along with other guests as the front door keypad didn’t work and the staff locked the back door and left for the evening. We tried multiple times to contact them to reenter the building but no one answered.

Wifi koden fungerade inte, koden till ytterdörren fungerade inte, det som utlovats tex handdukar på rummet och hygien artiklar fanns inte.
