What breakfast didn’t get any had to buy it all myself

Been on lower floor then stairs as my wife is a disabled had to crawl want up 31 steps up & Down not good enough for a disabled person

"Do not go to this hotel!"

Nothing 🤦‍♀️

They said there were no rooms and behaved very rudely. Spoke terribly — I’ve never experienced such bad service before. I’m attaching a video so you can see how they spoke to us — unbelievable behaviour. ed words like “fucking go from hotel” and “f*** off”.
