Очень отзывчивый персонал, прекрасное помещение кухни. Отличная система безопасности. В номере батарея не была достаточно тёплой, но сотрудник отеля устранил это.

В туалете не работала батарея, поэтому не смогли принять душ. Были предоставлены два 2-х местных номера, а бронировали 1 3- х местный номер.

No breakfast but Southsea Beach Cafe just across the road which was excellent. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. TIVO was especially exceptional and couldn't of asked anymore of him. He was there upon arrival until departure always available and ensuring we were comfortable and everything was all okay. Also we had unfortunate circumstances and needed to stay an extra night of which he arranged without any trouble at all. We will definitely be arranging to stay there whenever we have to come down to Southsea.

value was good, used for marathon, clean room, lots amenities, very quiet, secure, easy to find, kind customer service. I opted for paid parking on site, but free parking available on street 5 mins away
