I had a VERY BAD experiance at this property. I had successfully booked one night's accommodation at this property for Saturday 18th of this month. Upon arrival, I was informed that the property was already occupied, despite having made the booking through bookings.com. Because I reached the accommodation late, It was too late to cancel too. I spoke to the person in the accommodation and requested her to cancel my booking and refund. I am still waiting for a refund. NOT VERY GOOD AT ALL.

I needed a cheap one night stay, as getting to East Midlands airport on Sunday morning is a nightmare if you're not living in Nottingham. And this place was perfect for it! Cosy room, very elegant looking bathroom, I really enjoyed it, thank you!

The only minus was that walls are very thin, I could hear conversation of people next room, wasn't big of an issue thankfully!

Good location with driveway parking was good. Easy to find and instructions were clear. Lovely owner and patient Had extra time to use the Wifi

Room could have done with a blanket nearby to add as a layer .
