Fortune Havens- Entire 3BDR Home with Private Parking and Back garden

Be aware!! This is somebody's home in the middle of a council estate. I chose it as it was the closest booking.com showed to where i was to be in the morning. Area felt very unsafe, a strong smell of weed, dogs roaming the streets and very run down area, I arrived by tram and walked to the premises and couldnt actually believe where the sat nav had brought me, im shocked booking.com allows this kind of thing to happen. I couldnt even bring myself to stay when i arrived at the home and had to go find a local Hotel which was very inconvenient. The interior on pictures looked fine but I didnt stick around to find out. Very inconvenient lost money as it wouldnt be returned.

The lady at the reception who checked us in was amazing, great customer service. Her smiles and patience are top-notch. The location of the hotel was a major, welcome cocktail was okay. Table tennis at the lobby was a plus and the airport shuttle is a blessing. We checked out early because of early flights and the hotel was kind enough to pack breakfast for us. This hotel definitely ranked among the top 1% of the hotels I have been around the world. I love the design and concept of the hotel.

I was the only lodger staying at the house I kept it clean and respected the rules. Plenty options on tea and coffee and good selections of biscuits.

There were no faults at the property.

The property was very clean and cozy and me and my partner really enjoyed our stay

Nothing bad to say it was amazing

the heating in room is not working, terribly cold in the evening

Tbf not bad for £38, really nice clean and cosy house in a safe area, nice bathroom and super clean and comfortable bed

Ummm maybe I guess the mattress was tooo comfy in the fact it felt like a sponge, maybe a better quality mattress would be better coz felt quite cheap, and also a ticket blanket would maybe be nice for someone who gets cold, apart from that really njice cools house
