My room was confirmed through booking.com, given confirmation number as well, only to be emailed by the property that it was already occupied, and the merchant still hasn't initiated my refund!!

"It’s a nice property, clean & comfortable."

The studio apartment was really clean and at a nice location. It had nice privacy.

The only downside was we had to put the car in the gate every single time we left, even if we were just running in to change clothes. There were 2 owners and the wife was rude to my mom about not putting the car in the gate, when we literally were there 10 minutes and leaving again.
