The host was extremely accommodating, provided bottled water and checked on us by phone or text a couple of times.

There should be a note in the property description regarding the step to get inside the apartment. I have bad knees and it was a bit difficult to step in and out. A handle outside the door would be helpful.

Very clean! Host got back with you very quickly if you had questions! It was in a nice area of town! We had no issues at all with this property and would definitely stay again!

This was everything I needed with an exceptional host who communicated everything. The private and secure gated drive provides ample outdoor space and allows you to park right at your door. Rest easy knowing that your little guest house has security cameras outside. The privacy is great! It was clean, spacious, peaceful and provided so many small details for convenience and comfort- including a Keurig and coffee! It is in a beautiful neighborhood and a convenient location for many areas of Brandon, Tampa, Clearwater, Lakeland. Stock up your refrigerator and enjoy the perfect little kitchen for a getaway. The shower has great water pressure with a superb shower head. Decor is peaceful and comfortable in every detail. Very well kept and cleaned. The bed, luxurious. A great little sanctuary.

It would be amazing to add an outdoor table and chairs!

I loved everything. I wish I lived there. Sad to leave. Brand new everything. Perfect for remote i.t. professionals. Pretty much a fortress with nice new mattress and kitchen. I've been bouncing around so trust me its a 5 star

This property is gated, clean, modern, and comfy. It’s surrounded by many stores and restaurants and not too far from Tampa.

No complaints! What you see on the photos is exactly what you get.
