Well, I love the owner Nelson meeting me and going over everything in depth. The studio was superb and tucked away in the quietest neighborhood. It’s close to my family and super clean. Secure gated parking with a code.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about this beautiful place. if I moved to Florida I would love to live in it all year round.

The area outside was very private and gated. The neighborhood felt very safe and the room was extremely comfortable and air conditioned. Nelson is a great host and was always there to help with questions or more coffee. The little kitchenette was very useful, including pots, pans, and dishes. The refrigerator was very beneficial to have, as well, with as much water as you'll find yourself drinking in Florida!! We would highly recommend this property and will be back when we need to be! Highly recommending this property means that Nelson will have more business so we are reluctant to give it a total "10" because it may not be available for us next time, Lol! However, anyone who stays will likely feel the same! We'll definitely be back!

The property is a little far from the beach, lol, but is very close to shops and great dining! And the beach is only 20 -60 minutes away depending on where you choose to go! 😊
