Attractive property with a nice sized lounge area. Pleasant village with a couple of pubs. Within easy reach of local attractions by car.

Didn’t get on with cooking with the Aga so will avoid properties with this cooking option in the future. Church bells rang on the hour throughout the night and woke us up regularly. The church is very close! The bathroom is a wet room and as such the whole floor gets wet when showering making going to the only toilet thereafter wet underfoot. The bathroom is also downstairs.

Leuke cottage, echt Engels. Let wel op de lage deurposten en de douche is even anders dan gewend is maar verder prima. Mooie omgeving, veel te zien. De eigenaar voorziet je via een website van allerhande informatie. Toen de wasmachine het even niet deed, werd meteen voor een oplossing gezorgd. Prima alles!

A charming cottage in a charming village! We absolutely loved this property. It was the perfect start to our month long holiday in the UK. Thank you John for being such a lovely host.

Beautiful cottage with everything you need, comfortable for us and our dog loved it too. Lovely village, great location near to Dartmoor but not far from the coast. This was our second visit and we'll hopefully be back again!

Nothing to dislike really, as it has the aga below it the double bedroom can be a bit warm but no real issue.

A lovely cottage, in a beautiful village. The cottage was very charming and the facilities were great. Being able to take our dogs was a bonus. Will definitely return.

The property was cosy and comfortable, in a great location. It felt like a family home so was easy to relax in. The main bed and single bed was very comfortable. The host was friendly and accommodating. The WiFi was suitable for the whole family. Love that the property was dog friendly.

The bunkbeds were not very comfortable unfortunately. Also, some privacy blinds in the dining/entrance area would be a good idea as walking through to get to the toilet in the night wasn’t nice with it being so open. In the description for the rental it didn’t say anything about a dog crate being available on request until the email just before we were set to stay, rather than in the advert.

The property was very well presented, comfortable and excellent value. The outside area was a bonus and the location within the village was also excellent. The kitchen was well equipped especially for our big morning breakfasts!

Nothing to dislike to be honest. A dishwasher would have been handy I suppose.
