The village and location. Cosy house. Warm, considering it was the depths of winter! Log fire and Aga. Great communication from host. Easy to access and locate.

The bathroom. Open wetroom made it difficult for others to use immediately after as it was the only shower and toilet in the house. A cubicle would be more practical for the space. Shower remained dripping all day, making it impossible for the floor to dry.

Beautiful location in small village but just 30 minutes to several beaches and on the edge of Dartmoor. Cottage was great for family of 4, Aga threw out loads of heat and kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Host gave really clear instructions.

The bathroom/wetroom is terrible, needs a bath with a separate shower. Needs an outside light for the steps. Tap water is scalding hot, need a warning notice.

Lovely, peaceful location and ideal for visiting both Dartmoor and the coast. The property was warm and cosy, and was equipped with everything we required.

Easy to find, lovely and warm when we arrived in cold weather. The Host was very kind and quickly got back to my panic text over running out of toilet roll on the 2nd day to tell us where the extra supply was kept. The Host was very efficient with regards code to get the keys and pre- visit queries.

The Church is situated directly across the road so the Bells sound on the hour from the clock but it is nothing to do with the Property or the Host. We did find earplugs supplied. Again not a reason to be negative as it's perfectly clear that the Property is next to a Church.

A charming and quaint cottage in a beautiful little village in rural Devon, yet with easy road access to Dartington, Totnes and other areas of interest. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, including an Aga range which produces a great deal of heat. It was possible to charge our electric car from an external mains socket (not a car charger) in the front flower bed. It was peaceful and quiet, and we had everything we needed for our stay

The Aga could make the kitchen a little bit on the warm side, although we were also glad of this especially when drying out after a wet day

A cosy and comfortable English cottage in the middle of a beautiful, old village. It is quiet, nice and roomy for two people, and AGA cooking is definitely a fantastic experience! Having one's own parking space is also a bonus, because parking in the village square can be difficult at times. There are two pubs in the village and many beautiful spots to visit around the area, including Dartmoor and the coast only 20 minutes away. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect - secluded lane in a small quiet village. Beautiful quirky property. Host stayed in contact and was very accommodating. Very comfy sofa! We felt at home there and would love to visit again!

Unfortunately there was no tea or coffee in the property which would have been a lovely added touch, especially after such a long journey! The single mattress was slightly uncomfortable but what was uncomfortable for me could be delightful for someone else!
