Excellent clean property

Apartment was nice and clean.

We got a WhatsApp message to say our accommodation was changed to a different location at 11am that morning when we were due to arrive at 12. The new accommodation was fine but it was so complicated to find the keys in the lock box and parking! No one would ring us no matter how many times we asked and would only send WhatsApp messages and videos to explain how to access apartment and parking. Someone should have met us with the keys and it would have saved us 1.5 hours of walking around belfast. Since our accommodation was changed last minute, it would have been better for someone to meet us. Apartment was fine but it was supposed to sleep 6 people but the sofa did not turn into a double bed as promised so 2 of our party had an very uncomfortable nights sleep. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay and wouldn’t recommend.

We had a great stay. Only exception was quality of the beds. We had to stay on Alfred Street instead of original booking. Great location. Brilliant help from Andrew.

Not the property we booked originally. there was maintenance issues and we were relocated property was nice not luxury it could do with a refurbishment and new mattress they were cheep and lumpy . location good for walking distance to all amenities but next door to nightclub that closes at 2 am very noisy durning the nite . Bathroom had condensation damp all over ceilings. windows dont close properly. wodden floors marked badly in living room covered by rug .

That the management said they would refund us immediately due to the apartment not being fit for rent

That we ended up having to look for alternative accommodation (which also turned out to have been left unfit for renting due to previous occupants).

All was as expected. The bed was extremely comfortable, so much that I want to purchase the exact same one for myself.. The staff were also very helpfull at all hours I contacted them.

Two things were a little bit annoying.... 1. Only one bedside table/cabinet. One of us had to use the floor for our phone and book when in bed. 2. The sitting room/lounge needs 2 side tables.. where do I put my coffee/drink when sitting watching tv ? Other than these two tiny issues we were extremely happy with the apartment.
