Guten Lage, 1km vom Zentrum. Ansich komfortables Apartment alles vorhanden für ein kurzen Aufenthalt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegenüber. Fahrad kostenlos dabei. Wäsche Service nebenan. Pool auf dem Dach mit Terrasse.

Wie andere Gäste schon bemängelt hatten ( Adresse) Googlemaps irreführend booking.com genauso schlimm. ( Empfehlung, laufen sie vom ADO Bushof rechts 500 m bis zur Av. Kukulkan und die Straße einfach nur 1km dann befindet sich das Ziel auf der rechten Seite) Jetzt zu dem anderen viele Kleinigkeiten die man einfach lösen könnte z.b. haben wir dann auch selbst gemacht ( Schiebetür zum Balkon,was schmiere drauf getan, ,Kühlschranktür in die richtige Stellung . Fahrräder mutter nachgezogen, gefettete .

Está lejos de las playas y el centro.

Buenas ubicacion, departamento cómodo, la bicis estan muy bien y sirven perfecto para ir de un lado a otro

Un poco ruidoso por estar sobre una calle principal. El agua caliente de la ducha dura 1min, No habia acondicionador, ni jabon de cuerpo en el baño.

They provided bikes so u don’t have to rent them (although the bikes aren’t the best quality. No hand brakes so u have to backpedal to brake and one of the seats was broken)

The window near the kitchen was broken so we couldn’t close it. Which meant all the noise from the the streets could enter and disturb our sleep. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Tudo muito simples, mas pelo valor, vale a pena. O ar condicionado chega bem pouco no local que fica a cama de casal.

The rooftop pool and balcony were excellent. Shower and bathroom also good. Shower was large with good water pressure. Kitchenette has a hotplare so you can boil water and cook basic food. Could do with some more untensils (vegetable knife etc.) Access to drinking water would have been good - even a user pays system. It would save plastic waste and lugging large water containers up the stairs. Air con is a must in Tulum and worked well. The pushbikes are from a different time ( the same as all the other pushbikes in Tulum). The reverse pedal brake takes some getting used to, especially for short people. That said, we used the bikes everyday and rode to beaches, ruins, cenotes & supermarket. Tip. The booking platform we used didn't have a building name (the name comes up as 'Two free bicycles'). This led to us being dropped off in a back street and an anxious 30 mins wandering around in the dark looking for a keysafe by the light of a phone. Eventually the security guard found us and showed us our apartment. The complex is well lit and opposite a very large Pemex (good for water and snacks) - when you enter from the right side of the street. We enjoyed our stay and extended by a couple of days.
