Host was brilliant with communication and resolving any issues/questions we had. Location near the bus station was ideal. Short walk to beach and restarants

Oh, where do I even begin? Let’s start with the apartment, shall we? It looked all nice and quaint when we first arrived. The reality? A nightmarish, high-octane club experience right from the comfort of our “charming” apartment. We came back around midnight after a nice dinner, expecting to crash for the night, but nope. Apparently, the nearby clubs thought they could sneak in a late-night rave right into our living room. So, obviously, we reached out to the manager. Who, I can only assume, was too busy doing literally anything else to care. We asked if we could just leave and get a refund. You know, the usual polite “hey, we’re not getting any sleep here, maybe we should cut our losses?” response. And their answer? “Nope, sorry, not possible.” Fantastic. Naturally, we didn’t want to spend the next two nights in a perpetual state of being run over by sound waves, so we booked a different place. A lovely, quiet, peaceful apartment. Fast forward to Sunday night when we returned to our original apartment (why? because we paid for it and I guess we didn’t want to throw away even more cash), and guess what? The code to get in? Doesn't work. No worries, though! I’m sure they’ll sort it out quickly, right? Wrong. I send a message, get a few numbers to try, none of which work. We went for dinner, hoping for a miracle. The host eventually called but I just texted back that we needed the correct code.When we returned from dinner, still no access. At least we were able to get another apartment for the night—because sleeping outside is always a top vacation choice. The next morning, I reached out again to ask what went wrong. And their response? “We didn’t go into the apartment without your permission.” Well, guess what, genius? We didn’t have permission to get into the apartment in the first place because you didn't provide us with the right code. Terrible experience. If you’re looking for a restful stay and some customer service, look elsewhere.

Lovely, modern apartment with balcony. Air conditioning in living room. Excellent communication with the host and queries answered quickly. The block that the apartment is located within was fine. There is a lift and 24 hour reception. Only used swimming pool once as work going on and very noisy around the whole pool area.. The path to access pool is through a car park and definitely needs attention. Very close to Veronica's strip and a little noisy at night, but once windows closed, it did nt bother us. It's not an area to walk around late at night but absolutely fine during the day/ early evening.Main bus station is close by, cheap and easy way to get around. Overall, it was an excellent holiday, a lot of the above-mentioned are not within the control of the host who provides a lovely clean well equipped apartment.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Fast wi-fi. Very helpful host. Good location. I would definitely recommend it. We will try to book again when next time in Tenerife.

Nice clean smart apartment good view from the balcony , comfortable bed, comfortable sofa and sun on the balcony all day including watching the sun go down

Needed a sun blind for balcony, can get noisy at night , no English tv programmes

Very clean, good size, decor was lovely, had everything you would need for a couple of weeks stay.

The property itself was excellent only downside is the slight noise from the bars until early morning.

No air con in the bedroom , too near the lively strip so could hear the music. Got used to it so didn’t bother us too much.
