Newly reformed apartment with sea view and pool, near the beach, in Playa de Las Americas

It had been really nicely refurbished

There was building works going on on pretty much all the other apartments which we were not told about. Drilling above our room and to either side starting from 7:30AM. Not ideal for a holiday as you’d expect to be able to sleep in a little bit. We weren’t told the new wifi password until we messaged to say it wasn’t working. Air con didn’t work, we ruined a days plans to come back to the apartment to wait for a maintenance person for an hour who then didn’t show up. It was implied that we broke the air con as it was apparently working fine before we arrived. We rescheduled the maintenance man for the following day, he managed to fix it but the remote was broken so we had to dismantle the unit to use an override button to make it work for the rest of our stay.

The apartment was very well equiped, close to the beach and restaurants. Parking was difficult to find in front, but there was an alternative place to park on a field. The host is very nice and helpful.

The apartment looks wonderful, everything new, with a good view to the sea, and I had everything what I needed, hair dryer, iron, hoover, everything for cooking, but we didn't cook, because the restaurants was really close, and a lovely owners, this was my second time coming to this apartment and definitely will come back.
