Newly reformed apartment with sea view and pool, near the beach, in Playa de Las Americas

The location of the apartment was amazing and the apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Aurelia and Ana were lovely to deal with and were very helpful.

Great modern apartment. Washing ,machine, kitchen area. Lovely comfy sofa and TV and Wifi perfect., Location 1 min walk from the livelier area for the younger generation, but 10 mins up the road and you are towards the centre. 5/10 mins from the likes of Siam Park, Colon Beach/Marina. Carmison beach etc. The Pool was cool, well maintained and lovely staff. Decent selection of drinks and food. So many local great eateries one minute to ten min walk away. A great and cheap breakfast at The Cheeky Turtle basically part of apartment block, Sushi 1 min walk away and then as I mentioned, so many great places to eat. Amazing location for excursions as right in front of apartment entrance there are three options to book. We booked Siam Park (amazing day), Catamaran, Jet Ski during our 11 day stay and all good prices and value for money. There wasn't any trouble whilst we were there, I would recommend the location and apartment for couples or families. Weather was great in July as well, high 20s and not crazy hot but good enough to get a lovely tan! Host made things easy from key collection to any questions we had.

I cant say anything negative about the location. There was a bit of painting and decorating going on around the pool area and in front of the building but it had zero detriment to enjoying the facilities. In fact it will make the place look even better!!

Location was good

Very good location, short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The Host is very friendly!

As with all central locations, there can be some noice during the night.

Whilst the apartment was tidy and clean surroundings terrible

Building work being done on lower floors from 8am til 4.30pm drilling laying floors etc. Lifts broke down twice in one day couldn't manage 4 flights stairs. Management company contacted a month prior to stay told me just painting so I did not cancel. The day we were due to arrive told directions and that building work going on they said only Monday to Friday we arrived Saturday late so gave us 1 day quiet. Disgusting service they just wanted to keep booking.i messaged them about this and they denied knowing about work and said they could only control what is inside apartment but obviously they knew building work and should have told us.

Collecting the secure key was a slight issue, collecting the key was in a block 30 meters away on level 11 it had no lights. There was work getting carried out in other apartments there was some noise but works should be completed in February it didn’t bother me.

Everything ideal comfy big bed tv in room , cracking big balcony with sun all day , lovely modern apartment with the host superb and helpful , pool area brilliant also , will definitely be back here 👌👍☀️🥂

The property was lovely very clean and well presented. In a great location only minutes walk to the restaurants and bars and beach.

Unfortunately in my opinion the bed wasn’t comfortable and we ended up sleeping on sofa bed for the weak and the building is being totally renovated however will be GORGOEUS when it’s done.

Had to collect from another hotel an wasn’t cleaned u till 7pm in evening
