"Nine out of 10 and I will definitely stay there again"

We loved everything about it. I can’t say no more except front desk was very helpful and hospitable and we went for a fun weekend with friends and the pool was amazing and we got to stay out as long as they wanted to and the atmosphere was awesome.

The rooms were small, but we may do

Great location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Personalized our stay and really made us feel welcomed.

Needs a little update and bar could be opened in the evening. Restaurant and bar were closed Monday Tuesday and Wednesday

"Such a historic site!"

Such a beautiful place! We loved looking at the pictures and seeing the famous people who had stayed there!

I wish they had a gift shop. Presently, the Gift Shop has cokes and the ice machine. I am certain that we tourists would like to purchase pins, magnets, mugs, etc.

"We would not return"

What breakfast????? We didn't even find a place for breakfast between it and Chimney Rock

The blinds were closed and behind them had not been cleaned in years-at least that is what it looked like and I had to sleep right next to that. There was no ice before 8--can't they have an ice machine that does not get locked up at night?

Good location, the views are great.

Wasn’t the room we paid for. Parking situation was ridiculous. Staff were great. Of course, the room situation was blamed on Booking.com.
