We did not like that booking.com had us booked for 2 rooms and we could NOT get the problem resolve d on the phone with your customer service. They only let us speak with your AI person, and they were no help.

The inn is nice. Could use some tlc.

We were very disappointed. Not the memorable experience we expected. The room was small, no refrigerator, no microwave. Bathtub was slippery. When i asked if they could provide a bathmat or anti slip in tub, she said do you want it done today since you’re checking out tomorrow? There were no amenities. Restaurant was closed the entire time. No breakfast pastries, nothing. Coffee in the lobby one day, but not the next. Snack area closed at 9:00. Couldn’t even get a drink or ice. Clothes were left in dresser from previous occupants.
