Property Notes

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. The tax is applied per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. In accordance with the new provisions in force as of April 17, 2021 (DS No. 005-2021-MINCETUR)For the entry of minors accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the passport or identity card of the minor. It is also a requirement to present at the hotel, the birth certificate or birth certificate; as well as passport or identity card of the accompanying parent, as appropriate. "Superb accommodation"

The location. The privacy. The restaurant. The staff were great. I had a lovely trip to see the condors and some of the small towns in the canyon. Everything worked. Excellent service

"Il soggiorno è stato un incanto e lo staff è stato veramente incedibile e attento ad ogni nostro bisogno"

La struttura è meravigliosa perche proprio all interno del canyon , totalmente immersa nel verde e piscina in camera meravigliosa

La piccola strada che collega la struttura alla strada principale andrebbe rimessa a nuovo in quanto versa in uno stato terribile

"Dreamy Stay in Colca Canyon"

Beautiful hotel in a dreamy setting. Food was incredible, the spa was the best I’ve been to, all staff members super helpful and nice. A fee complimentary activities such as pisco sour lesson and feeding alpacas were great to have. The size of the room, the cleanliness and attention to detail top notch!

Hotel meraviglioso, un'esperienza da fare assolutamente nel Colca Canyon. L'hotel offre anche molte attività complementari, come dare da mangiare ai cuccioli di lama e alpaca, esperienza bellissima. Servizio eccellente, hanno tutti i comfort possibili, bellissima la SPA e la piscina con vista panoramica sul Canyon. Colazione ottima, così come i servizi di ristorazione in generale. Camera bellissima, con caminetto in camera e vasca di acqua calda in giardino. Soggiorno indimenticabile.

Tutto perfetto, uno dei migliori hotel in cui sia stato in vita mia. Peccato essere rimasti solo due giorni.
