Coco Bliss - Ahangama

Es hat bereits am Flughafen begonnen. Ich wurde super warm empfangen und sogar noch Abends um 11Uhr vom Flughafen in Colombo abgeholt. Kann mir keine besseren Gastgeber vorstellen, so herzlich, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Man wird wie ein Familienmitglied behandelt. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls süss und ausreichend. Jeden Morgen wird ein Frühstück zubereitet und es wird immer auf die eigenen Wünsche eingegangen. Der Strand sowie diverse Restaurants und Bars sind in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Wer möchte kann sich in der Unterkunft auch ein Motorbike mieten. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sogar verlängert, da ich mich hier sehr wohl fühlte. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Everything, but above all I enjoyed how welcoming the family was. They really did their best to make me feel at home, which succeeded. After my one night booking through this platform, I extended my stay with 6 more days. I think that pretty much sums up how I liked the stay. The breakfast was of high quality and full of love. Same goes for the care and the extra facilities they provided. They even gave tours and drove me around. When I come back to Sri Lanka, Ill make sure to include this property in my itenerary.

We spent six days at Coco Bliss, rented 2 rooms. The rooms were clean and perfect for our needs. Location is also great - Few mins from the Beach. But what made our stay unforgettable is the attitude of the owners towards guests. Never experienced anywhere hospitality like this before. Thank you again and just keep doing what you are doing!!

The stay with Dilan and his family was a beautiful ending to my trip. Their accommodation is very simply furnished, and the bathroom was really quite basic, but the rest of the place was truly lovely. I had my room on the upper floor, with a shared living area and kitchen, as well as a terrace with a hammock. Breakfast was lovingly prepared every morning in Sri Lankan style – and Dilan even made me the best omelette every morning just for me. I felt like I was staying with a host family. Dilan and his wife anticipated my every need and always made sure that I was comfortable and safe. We even celebrated his wife’s birthday together over a piece of cake. They also made sure I got to the airport safely and checked in afterwards to see if I had arrived safely back in Germany.

The hospitality was amazing. Dilan and Nilani were super welcoming and do their best to make your stay delightful. The breakfast experience with other people was a good opportunity to meet and chat with people. I had initially booked a stay only for one day here and later when I wanted to extend they were booked out, something I regretted for the rest of my stay. Even when I had checked out, Dilan was helpful and welcoming in inviting me to watch a cricket match with all the other guests which he didn't have to but he is a great guy for doing so. I'll definitely be back for more.

De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk, denken met je mee en helpen daar wat kan. Prima ontbijt.

Wij hadden een kamer aan de achterkant en daar hoor je de trein heel duidelijk. Ook ‘s nachts.

Coco Bliss is a truly special guest house that ticks all of my boxes. Dilan and Nilani along with their children, Janindu and Sethumi are some of the kindest and most generous people I have met in my travels. Shared breakfasts mean you meet other travellers and you also get to try some amazing local food each morning that the family cooks. They deserve every single one of their amazing reviews. I will be back for sure :)

Can't fault it.

Najcudowniejszy pobyt, nie mogłyśmy lepiej trafić, Nilani i Dilan przyjęli nas jak swoje własne córki, bardzo nam pomogli z wszystkim, czułyśmy się jak w rodzinie, dziękujemy, wrócimy za rok
