Comfortable and convenient.

The views of the River Mawdacch and access to it from the back gate, meant we could take the paddleboard out directly and safely onto the river at high tide and enjoy the beautiful scenery without driving anywhere. The property location was so convenient for getting into Barmouth town and also a fairly quick journey into Bala for the watersports available there. All in all great value and a comfy cosy place to stay for a couple.

Lovely little cottage studio. Clean and tidy in a nice place.

I was just a bit disappointed that we couldn't really get to the estuary from this location

Poorly sign posted, even taxi/bus drivers wern't aware of its whereabouts.

No coffee/tea making facilities or condements.

A blissfully quiet, tucked away escape with only a short run into town. Greatly comfortable with plenty of room for those rainy days in. Just perfect for a small family of 2.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely compact studio and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location and the garden with the gate to view the estuary.Enjoyed the Panorama Walk from the studio to Barmoith.

I would recommend a teapot for 2 cups as the one there is for one cup!

We booked this as a one bedroom apartment it's a studio not a 1 bedroom apartment.

What a beautiful studio in a wonderful location. It had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The views of the estuary at the bottom of the garden were amazing. A real treat to stay somewhere so lovely.
