Attractive, secluded studio; beautiful location.

Met by host on arrival. Very chatty and informative. The property is in a convenient location, just off the main road to Barmouth. There is access to the estuary from the property although through a winding route and not suitable for those with limited mobility.

The property is so near to the main road, that it can be somewhat noisy. Not inside but if you want to sit out, it is. The accommodation is above basic but not luxury. We had issues with hot water when there.

Superb secluded location. Very peaceful.

Quite small but a really intelligent use of space. Clean, comfortable and in a beautiful position

A little bit small but not a problem

Very small pretty place but hugely overpriced. There was no refreshment tea or coffee, very inconvenient when you arrive late. No toilet rolls, Not cleaned properly. Nice bedding and décor. It was very beautiful outside, better then the pictures but unfortunately the property is very close to busy road so very noisy all day.
