Gentleman in reception was very friendly and helpful, trying everything he could to get us a taxi to train station, he was always there with a smile on his face.

No outside light in basement room.

I spent here only one night and a few hours, so I can´t write a full review, but during my short stay, everything was perfect - sufficient and tidy room, helpful stay, location very close to the bus station (it was very important for me, I came by bus during the night), and the communication was perfect

"Overall OK, good value for money if they have proper airconditioning."

Location was perfect, staff was nice

We had two basement rooms -the airconditioning in one of the rooms was portable (family room) and was not cooling down the room - inside was warmer than outside (mind you it was 39 C degrees outside).
