The nicest thing about the place was the location. It is a relatively peaceful area, grocery stores and museums around, definitely not a touristy area. The bed was also quite nice, soft and comfortable. The wardrobe had an additional blanket inside.

We have reserved the experience to enjoy the hot tub (because we don't have a bathtub in our apartment). We have unfortunately been disappointed with cleanliness and the bathroom condition. For the hot tub, the top temperature from the faucet was around 40 Celcius (just a bit warmer than human body). The buttons on the hot tub were unpressable, and the overall condition was quite dirty and unmaintained. Mold on glass, some trash in the wardrobe (maybe from previous owners, I don't know). Moreover, when we arrived, we were shown to a room in the basement (even though we reserved and paid for a king suite room). We had to negotiate for it, and that spoiled the mood :( The guy who showed us the room walked in the room with dirty boots into the bathroom as well. Finally, the facilities definitely didn't include what was promised: tea\coffee maker in all rooms? Food heating? The small fridge was there, but nothing in the minibar. I honestly wouldn't recommend this. I hope the owner of the apartment would repair the hot tub, do something with barely warm water, and provide a tea pot in the room at least.

Location next to the main bus station, quite comfortable bed, lot's of tv channels if needed, allowing to check in earlier.

Reception exists but staff not really despite the fact that it says 24h reception. I was checked in by cleaning lady who does not speak English. Shower was leaking, and it's doors were not working properly. There is only one small window and the room is very small itself. They are also not answering on Booking messenger.

When we arrived, everything was normal, but after we started unpacking something broke and we lost electricity for 3 and a half hours only on our floor. We fell asleep without the possibility to take a shower or use a facilitys. Early in the morning, while we were checking out they didn't offer a proper apology and they said that that wasn't their fault, things like that just happened. I'm not somebody who gave bad reviews but this situation disappointed me.
